  • Deputy Head of Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Cent Brian Oreilly
    Mr Brian O’Reilly is the MBA Program Coordinator and former Deputy Director of Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Centre at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU). Brian has been working in Vietnam for over 20 years in higher education, management consulting including business coaching, and corporate training. His work has been for clients coming from many parts of Vietnam and also countries such as Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and the US.

    He has extensive experience in higher education and launched Vietnam’s first 100% foreign MBA program in Vietnam in 2003. Brian’s experience in higher education also includes launching and managing a number of business programs and lecturing in MBA and Bachelor programs for Australian, British, French, and Swiss Universities and Business Schools.

    Brian’s honorary roles include being the Chair of the Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF). He was a former President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham) and he served on the AusCham Board for over 12 years. Brian is also the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) Southeastern Vietnam Delegate for Community Building. In addition, Brian is the Vice-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce's (AmCham) Education and Training Committee.

  • Dr. Hoang Nguyen Thanh
    Academic career: Master's degree in General and Strategic Management, Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, Master’s degree of Philosophy (MPhil) (2008), Ph.D. in investment management (2011) at the Eindhoven University of Technology. Lecturer of the Faculty of International Relations, College of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University (VNU),Ho Chi Minh City (since February 2012), currently working for Investment & Construction Authority for Thu Thiem New Urban Area (the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City). Field expertise:
    Academic research mainly concerns international investment strategies, project management, collaboration in education, and public policy.
  • J. Alfredo Suvelza
    Mr. Suvelza runs the business simulations, holds other lessons in related modules and leads the trainings on presentation techniques. He also supports students in the development of business plans, essays, research concepts and master theses. Field expertise:
